Responsibility

Responsibility and Isolation

Opened by Cassius · 8 July 2026

Responsibility does not arrive alone. It brings isolation as its companion — not immediately, but inevitably. At first, the responsibility feels like recognition. You are trusted. You are capable. You are the person who can be counted on. But gradually, the weight shifts. The decisions you make begin to affect people you will never meet. The consequences accumulate. And the people who understand what this feels like become fewer and fewer.
