Executive Consultations provide private one-to-one conversations with your Guardian as an extension of your Leadership Resilience Cohort experience.
They are designed for moments requiring deeper reflection, personal consideration, or focused discussion beyond the shared circle environment.
Available to Cohort Participants
Executive Consultations are available exclusively to participants who have completed registration within a Leadership Resilience Cohort.
They are not offered as a standalone service or available through public request.

Executive Consultations provide dedicated time for deeper exploration of personal leadership challenges, decisions, transitions, and areas requiring individual attention.

The value of an Executive Consultation comes from the relationship already established within the Leadership Resilience Cohort.
The Guardian understands the participant's journey, context, and reflections, allowing conversations to move beyond introduction and toward meaningful exploration.
Executive Consultations become available after joining a Leadership Resilience Cohort.
