Leadership Resilience Cohorts
A Leadership Resilience Cohort is the first major experience within Soma Salus. Eight individuals in positions of significant responsibility, placed deliberately into a small group, meeting weekly with an experienced Guardian — building the trust and continuity that sustained responsibility requires.
Purpose
The purpose of a cohort is not instruction. It is the creation of a small, trustworthy environment in which people who carry sustained responsibility can speak honestly — often for the first time in years — and be met by others who understand the weight.
Resilience is not a skill to be taught. It is a capacity to be restored.
Who It Is For
Cohorts are for individuals in positions of sustained, significant responsibility — founders, principals, senior operators, and those whose decisions carry weight for others. Not a category, but a condition: the experience of carrying responsibility year after year with fewer and fewer places to speak plainly.
If competence is no longer your challenge, but carrying the weight of it is — a cohort exists for that.
01
Each cohort is composed with intention — not filled. Participants are placed based on compatibility, the nature of their responsibility, and what they are seeking to work through.
02
Every cohort is facilitated by an experienced Guardian who holds the quality of the environment, ensures safety, and guides the conversation toward what matters.
03
Cohorts meet weekly across a sustained arc. This is not a single intervention but a continuity that allows trust, context, and familiarity to accumulate.
04
Participants contribute under a chosen pseudonym. Identity is protected by design — the cohort knows one another through contribution, not through title or institution.

Guardian Visibility
Before a cohort begins, you will be introduced to your Guardian — their name, institutional role, professional background, relevant qualifications, languages, region, and role boundaries. You will know how to contact your Guardian, how to raise a concern outside the Guardian relationship, and who assumes responsibility if your Guardian is unavailable.
Guardians are experienced professionals. Their role is to hold the quality of the environment — not to provide therapy, clinical advice, or spiritual guidance.
Individual Guardian Consultation
Active cohort participants may request a private one-to-one consultation with the Guardian responsible for their cohort. Consultations are available as a paid add-on and are subject to Guardian availability.
€1,000 per hour

Frequently Asked
Individuals in positions of sustained, significant responsibility — those for whom competence is no longer the challenge, but carrying the weight of it is. Cohorts are composed for compatibility, not category.
Eight is large enough to hold diverse perspectives and small enough that no one can hide. It is the size at which trust, familiarity, and honest conversation become possible without performance.
Each participant contributes under a chosen pseudonym. Legal identity is known only to authorised Operations staff. The cohort knows one another by pseudonym, presence, and contribution — not by title or institution.
The Guardian holds the quality of the environment. They are not a teacher or a coach. They ensure safety, guide the conversation toward what matters, and protect the boundaries that make honest speech possible.
A weekly session of approximately ninety minutes, held over a sustained arc. Between sessions, participants are invited to reflect — there is no curriculum, no preparation, and no performance. The work is presence.
Placement is deliberate. Operations considers the nature of each participant's responsibility, what they are seeking to work through, and overall compatibility. A cohort is composed — not assembled from a queue.
Applications are reviewed individually. Access is earned through compatibility and readiness — not by registration or payment alone.
