Privacy Centre

Held with a
Swiss-bank mentality.

Information is collected only when necessary, used only for the purpose for which it was given, and never shared without explicit consent. This is not a policy that can be opted out of — it is the structural foundation of the institution.

01

What is public

Understandings, Institutional Briefings, and the overview pages of Soma Salus are publicly accessible. No account is required to read this material. Visitors can see discussion titles and excerpts in Chambers, but cannot read full discussions or responses.

02

What registered readers can see

Registered readers have access to complete public Chamber discussions, including all responses. They can save publications and follow discussions. Their reading history is private to them. They cannot post, reply, or see the legal identities of other participants.

03

What verified contributors can see

Verified contributors have the same access as registered readers, plus the ability to contribute to approved Chambers — creating discussions, replying, and commenting. Their pseudonym is visible to other participants. Their legal identity remains private.

04

What Circle participants can see

Accepted Circle and Intensive participants gain access to the separate Private Participant Portal. This includes private Circle sessions, participant materials, scheduling, and continuity records. None of this is visible within the public environment.

05

What Guardians can see

Guardians oversee the Chambers and Circles they are assigned to. They can see pseudonymous contributions within their scope, moderate discussions, and hold the quality of the environment. They do not have access to participant data outside their assigned scope.

06

What Operations can see

Operations staff manage registrations, applications, and institutional administration. They can see legal identities, consent records, and application materials — all held under strict confidentiality. Access is role-based and audited.

07

What enterprise sponsors cannot see

Organisations that sponsor participation do not receive personal disclosures, Circle conversation summaries, private Guardian notes, individual reflections, or psychological reports. A strict confidentiality firewall separates enterprise sponsorship from participant disclosures. Only aggregate participation insights are shared where contractually appropriate.

08

How pseudonyms work

Participants contribute under a chosen pseudonym. The pseudonym is registered and held to participation standards. The legal identity behind the pseudonym is known to Soma Salus and verified privately, but is never displayed to other participants, employers, or the public. Pseudonym enumeration is protected against.

09

Why real identity is verified privately

Identity verification ensures that participants are real, accountable individuals. This protects the integrity of the environment. Verification is conducted privately by Soma Salus Operations and is never shared with other participants, sponsors, or external parties.

10

Data-retention principles

Participant data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Registration data is retained while an account is active. Upon deletion, personal data is removed or anonymised. Editorial content (Understandings, Briefings) is retained as part of the institutional record.

11

Account-deletion process

Participants may request account deletion at any time through their account settings or by contacting Soma Salus. Upon deletion, personal data is removed or anonymised. Contributions made under a pseudonym may be retained in anonymised form as part of the discussion record.

12

Cookies and analytics

Soma Salus uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand readership and improve the environment. No advertising profiles are created. No invasive cross-site tracking is used. Cookies are limited to what is necessary for authentication and basic functionality.

13

How AI is used in the background

Artificial intelligence assists behind the scenes with spam detection, administrative routing, content organisation, and internal summarisation. AI does not replace Guardians, diagnose participants, approve applications, or create participant-facing conclusions. AI is not part of the public identity of the institution.
