Small confidential groups designed for leaders carrying significant responsibility.
Soma Salus cohorts provide a private environment where eight leaders are guided by a Guardian through an initial eight-session experience.
Participants are able to reflect, exchange perspectives, and develop sustainable capacity alongside peers who understand the realities of leadership.
The Cohort Experience
Each cohort consists of a carefully selected group of leaders sharing a confidential environment.
A structured initial experience facilitated weekly by a Soma Salus Guardian.
Following the initial cohort experience, participants may continue their relationship with the cohort and access additional forms of support.
Participants determine their own level of disclosure. Trust develops gradually; personal identity, background, and experiences are shared according to individual comfort and readiness.
