Participation in Soma Salus develops deliberately. There is no instant membership, no unrestricted access, and no anonymous participation. Every stage has been intentionally designed to protect trust, confidentiality, and the quality of conversation.

Step One
Every journey begins with recognition. Most people first encounter an Understanding or a Chamber discussion that reflects something they have quietly been carrying. There is nothing to sign up for. Simply explore and determine whether it resonates.

Step Two
Read the editorial reflections published by the institution. Understandings explore leadership, responsibility, and the human experience of carrying sustained responsibility. They are the entry point into how Soma Salus thinks.

Step Three
Before participating, observe. Chambers are governed discussions among people who carry responsibility. Observation allows you to understand the tone, the boundaries, and the quality of conversation before contributing yourself.

Step Four
If the institution feels relevant, create a free Observer account. Registration requires only your name, email, country, and agreement to community standards. Registration does not make you a participant — it allows you to observe more closely.

Step Five
When you are ready, apply for a Leadership Resilience Cohort. Cohorts are small, eight-person groups led by a Guardian, meeting weekly across a sustained arc. Applications are reviewed individually — access is earned through compatibility and readiness, not registration alone.

Step Six
Cohort participation builds the trust and context required for deeper work. Once that foundation exists, participants become eligible to apply for Executive Intensives — sustained, residential immersion designed for reflection, recovery, and recalibration.

Participation does not end with a programme. Soma Salus is built on continuity — the same people, the same Guardian, the same trust, deepening over time. Long-term participation is where the deepest work becomes possible.
